• Studio Rentals: Luminary Lens Studios provides studio rental services for photography and videography purposes. Rental agreements are subject to availability and confirmation by Luminary Lens Studios.
• Photographer Services: We also offer a platform to connect clients with freelance photographers. Luminary Lens Studios is not responsible for the actions or performance of photographers listed on our platform. All agreements are between the client and the photographer.
• Booking and Payments: All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking are subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined in the cancellation schedule further down this document.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. 1. Respectful Conduct: Users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully while using the studios and interacting with our team and other clients.
2. No Illegal Activities: Use of the studios for any illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your rental agreement and potential legal action.
3. Equipment Usage: Users are responsible for the proper use of studio equipment. Any damage to equipment will be the responsibility of the renter.
4. Cleanliness: The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. A cleaning fee may be applied if the studio is left excessively dirty.
5. Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise levels and keep them within reasonable limits to avoid disturbing other studios or nearby residents.

3. Limitations of Liability

Luminary Lens Studios will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. We provide the studio spaces and facilitate connections with photographers, but we are not responsible for their actions or omissions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.

Specifically, Luminary Lens Studios is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.
• Interruption of business.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on Luminary Lens Studios' website are provided "as is". Luminary Lens Studios makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. 6. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our studio. Please review the following cancellation schedule:

7. Studio Rules and Regulations

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our clients, the following studio rules and regulations apply:

• No smoking is allowed inside the studio.
• Food and drinks are permitted, but please dispose of waste properly.
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Please respect the equipment and leave it in the same condition as you found it.
• Any damage to the studio or equipment will be the responsibility of the renter.
• Shooting times are strictly adhered to. Please ensure you vacate the studio by the end of your scheduled time to avoid overlap with the next booking.

All content included on the Luminary Lens Studios website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and digital downloads, is the property of Luminary Lens Studios or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
